Create brand-new accounts on all three platforms that will be used exclusively for this program. Don't use your personal accounts.
Username rules — please follow exactly
- Pick a handle that sounds like a real creator in the sales / ops space — professional, personal, easy to remember. Examples:
@salestoolswithsam,@pipelinewithpriya,@dealsanddecks,@revopswithriley,@closedbykayla. - Use the same handle across all three platforms so your brand is consistent.
- Lowercase, no dots/underscores if possible, no random numbers — keep it clean.
- Don't put "attio" in the handle — the account should look like an independent creator, not a brand account.
- Profile picture: clean headshot or professional aesthetic — think "that girl who actually has her pipeline together."
- Add a link to attio.com in your bio on all three platforms.
- Don't use random numbers or symbols (e.g.
@user_2891) — looks like a bot. - Don't reuse handles from your existing personal accounts.
- Don't make any account private — must stay public throughout the trial.
Warm up your accounts (3–5 days)
Before posting anything, spend 3 to 5 days warming up each account. This trains the algorithm to send your content to the right audience — sales pros, ops leads, and PMs — and protects you from being flagged as a new/spam account.
Each day, log in for 15–25 minutes per platform and engage with content across all four niches below. Mix it up — don't only follow one type.
Sales & Revenue Pros
AEs, SDRs, sales managers — pipeline talk, deal reviews, quota stories, sales tips.
SaaS & Startup Founders
Founders building B2B products — go-to-market, CRM setup, early customers, growth.
Operations & RevOps

Daily warm-up actions (do all of these, on each platform)
- Follow a minimum of 20 new accounts (mix of all 4 niches)
- Like 20–30 posts across the niches
- Leave 5–10 thoughtful comments (not just emojis)
- Save 3–5 posts to a collection
- Watch 3–4 videos all the way through
- Stay on-app for 15–25 minutes total

Search these terms in-app, watch results all the way through, and like/save a few. The algorithm uses your search history to decide what to recommend you next — flood it with CRM / sales / B2B ops content to match the niche you'll be posting into.

Study the references & post one concept a day
Once warmed up, post one concept per day, cross-posted to TikTok, Instagram (Reels), and YouTube (Shorts) — same content, same day.

- Keep videos vertical, 9:16, 15–60 seconds.
- Caption with 1 line + @attio + 5–10 relevant hashtags.
- Reply to comments within the first hour of posting.
- Match the reference: transitions, zooms, hand movements.
- Cross-post the same day to all three platforms.
Don't
- Don't use flat delivery or read off a script word-for-word.
- Don't say Attio replaces people or eliminates jobs.
- Don't use "attio" as a verb.
- Don't use copyrighted music outside the platform's native library.
- Don't post without clean lighting and a tidy background.
- Don't bash competitor CRMs by name.
- Don't skip cross-posting — all three platforms every single day.
